A garden hideaway

Today has been a glorious day, warm, sunny and not a cloud in the sky. So we have been enjoying the garden. Tucked away at the bottom of the garden under a big oak tree is our hideaway. We built it a couple of years ago for our teenagers. It has been used for darts, music practice (a visiting string quartet last summer) and I'm just eyeing up the possibility of a temporary sewing room! I can't use it to store anything, as we've had a bit of trouble in the past with kids breaking in.

This afternoon Sophie used it for a little Handel and Bach!

Back of the house, Mike's study is up there in the clouds, left hand side.

And here is the view from the top!
