Here is the candle mat I sent to Anita (Anitasiep), she loves batik so I thought she could use this all year round, not just for the Christmas season. I think those colours will be amazing by candlelight!
I sent a couple of extras, including one of my favourite choccie bars and a little needlecase.
And these are the beautiful redwork candlemats I received from Jennifer (Stitchin' Thyme). I am so lucky - Jennifer sent me not one, but two mats!!
She sent me a sweet little mouse ornament and a charm pack. Thank you Jennifer!

ReplyDeleteYour candlemat is lovely in batiks and makes me want to stitch one up in batiks, too. You are so lucky to have had Jennifer as your swap partner as I thought her candlemats were just lovely and that she sent you two of them is so very generous!! I enjoyed designing the little project and have had fun seeing all the different fabrics that others used to make the mats. It will be fun to do this next swap and see all the fabrics that will be used in the Mug Rugs!
