Gum Tree designers are appealing for sewing kits for Australian crafters who have lost everything in the recent tragic floods. A sewing caddy, needlecase and pincushion plus scissors, thread and a fat quarter. Jenny would love to hear from you if you're able to help out.

Using my own sewing caddy as a pattern and some really stunning batik, I made this simple caddy plus some small items to pack inside. The needlecase is one of Heather's (Patchwork Heart) designs.

I hope it will bring a little joy to a fellow crafter.

Ros, it *will* bring joy! Bless your sweet heart for being a part of this appeal. The world needs more Rosa-mundas.
