Here's my story:

My blog name comes from my dear Grandpa who was a hurdle-maker in rural Oxfordshire. We lived in the adjoining cottage next door (called Moss Rose Cottage) and I used to love to visit his garden workshop. I would mess around with bits of wood, bashing nails and making wood shavings. I also loved spraying his runner beans with water which we used to pump from his very own well (I was a bit of a tom boy!) And his pet name for me was Rosamunda.
