Swaps

This neat little pin cushion is on its way to its new home in the Pincushion Swap. Sorry I can't say where, as its a secret!! The cross-stitched flower in the centre is an Aricula. I put little plastic pellets inside the pin cushion to weigh it down and to make it easier to use.




This happy little quilt is the one I received from my swap partner in the Spring Blooms Swap. It was such a lovely surprise when the postman came this morning. I love pink and blue and I was hoping for a quilt with butterflies on it. It was made by Colleen in New Jersey. Thank you so very much Colleen! It is beautiful.

I've had a lot of fun with the three swaps I have been in
(F-R-I-E-N-D-S, Pin Cushion and Spring Blooms Mini Quilt). I have met three lovely and generous ladies (Micki, Sandy and Colleen) and I have had fun making my gifts to my swap partners (Micki and two secret destinations). I know these swaps must take a long time to organise, so a very big 'thank you' to Khris, Sandra and Michelle.

Now I have a few UFOs to catch up with and put Sophie's room straight before she comes home from uni on Friday.
